These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through mudistudios.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Prices
All prices shown on our website are in NOK and include applicable VAT where required.
Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed. You will not be charged any additional costs that have not been disclosed before purchase.
Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including Vipps where available.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. The total amount of your order will be shown before you complete your purchase.
For physical goods, payment may be charged when the order is shipped.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check that your order details, delivery address and products are correct. If anything is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method. Any estimated delivery time shown on the website is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day after you receive your order.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting:

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit, we may deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value.
Returns
Returned items must be securely packaged and returned in suitable condition.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising the right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been processed.
Do not send a return before contacting us and receiving the correct return instructions and return address.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you are entitled to without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided documentation showing that the product has been returned.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please include your order number and, where relevant, photos showing the issue.
Your statutory rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act apply. The complaint period is normally two years, and may be five years for products intended to last substantially longer. A complaint must also be made within a reasonable time after the issue was discovered.
Where a valid defect exists, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation of the purchase or other remedies in accordance with applicable Norwegian law.
Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. Your statutory right of withdrawal will still apply where applicable.

Governing Law
Purchases from Mudi Studios are governed by Norwegian law.
These Terms of Sale do not limit any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian consumer protection legislation.
